Abstract :
Among the exposure of alternatives and criteria, an objective decision making seems to be difficult to make especially in such fuzzy condition which brings about a manually made decision. Because it is not easy to make decisions to determine the best especially in terms of similar criteria. The writer applied Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in support of decision to determine the best graduates to have a more objective decision. the objective of this study, a decision supporting system has been built to help in support of decision to determine the best graduates by using TOPSIS method. The steps of TOPSIS are:. 1. Normalized decision making matrix, 2. Make a weighted decision matrix is normalized. 3. Determining the ideal solution matrix matrix positively and negative ideal solution. 4. Determine the distance between the value of each alternative to the ideal solution matrix positive and negative ideal solution matrix. 5. Determine the preference value for each alternative. The output of the process is a data ranked of the best graduates that is used as a helping tool in decision making.
