Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to know how the consumer behavior is both personal and psychological in the purchase decisions of the XL internet service package,The study was conducted at the Riau Islamic University ward with a total of 36 respondents in the populasi, as well as the method used in nonrandom sampling. The type of research used is deskriptiv analysis. The results of this study suggest that personal and psychological variabeles have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.
