Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Warung Resto Campus on Jl. Pekanbaru Cold Water. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought this Warung Resto Campus. The sampling technique in this study used a combination of accidental sampling. Namely the determination of the sample by accident and was taken based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Resto Campus on Jl. Air Dingin Pekanbaru.
