Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Perum LPPNPI (Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Organization) Airnav Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. This research was carried out using descriptive and quantitative methods, namely by analyzing the data that had been collected from the results of the study and connected to the theoretical basis in the literature review. The population in this study were employees of Perum LPPNPI (Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Organization) Airnav Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. To determine the number of samples used in the study using a random sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. Data Recapitulation of Employee Motivation and Performance Variables at Perum LPPNPI (Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Organization) Airnav Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. in the agree category. Based on a simple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded as follows: Motivation has a significant and positive effect on the Employee Performance variable at Perum LPPNPI (Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Organization) Airnav Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch.
