Abstract :
Cow skin crackers are a product of an agro-industry business that processes cow leather into food that can be consumed and enjoyed by the community. This study aims to analyze: 1). Business characteristics and profile, 2). Non-financial feasibility of cowhide crackers agro-industry, 3). Financially worth the agroindustry of cowhide crackers and 4). sensitivity / sensitivity of cowhide cracker agro-industry. The research method is a survey method, a case in the agroindustry of cowhide crackers in Tuah Karya Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted for six months starting from May 2019 until October 2019. Respondents in this study were entrepreneurs and four workers. Furthermore, this study was analyzed descriptively qualitatively, business analysis, investment criteria (Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net B / C and Payback Period) and Swiching Value. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurs of productive age with 63 years of age, 9 years of education or equivalent to junior high school with 12 years experience, the number of dependents are 4 people. This agro-industry business includes small-scale and household businesses, as well as using traditional technology. Non-financial feasibility shows that based on market and marketing aspects, and technical and technological aspects of the cowhide cracker agro-industry business are feasible, but for the environmental aspects and legal aspects of the cowhide cracker agro-industry business needs to be improved because it is not in accordance with the business feasibility. Furthermore, the results of the financial feasibility analysis show that the business of cowhide cracker agro-industry is feasible because it has met 4 investment criteria with a NPV value of 455,906,634> 0, Net B / C 3.90> 1, IRR 95%> interest rates applicable to the payback period for 2 years 26 days
