Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the organizational culture and performance of employees at the Public Broadcasting Institute Radio Republik Indonesia Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pekanbaru Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institute. This study uses a descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 72 employees at the Public Broadcasting Institute Radio Republik Indonesia Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was the census method. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Pekanbaru Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institute. This means that if support for organizational culture is improved, the performance of employees at the Public Broadcasting Institute Radio Republik Indonesia Pekanbaru Pekanbaru will also increase. The existence of a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance indicates the presence of consistent behavior and perceptions in each employee so as to improve their performance. The values of the existing organizational culture have been well socialized and are continually repeated, which in turn are reflected in the behavior of each employee.
