Abstract :
PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa II is one of the companies engaged in agribusiness, namely in the field of plantations and agro-industry. In the agro-industry sector, this company processes FFB into CPO, core, shells, fibers, fertilizer and sludge. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the CPO agro-industry profile. 2) Knowing the supply of raw materials, supporting materials, production process technology, and CPO production. 3) Analyzing production costs, revenues, efficiency, break event points and CPO value added. The scope of this study only analyzes the processing of FFB into CPO. This research was conducted for six months starting in June to November 2019. This research method is a survey, case study at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa II, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of this study indicate that PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa II is located in the village of Koto Baru, this company is a branch of the Adi Mulya Group, the company's plantation area with a KKPA pattern of 6,500 Ha, and has a total capital of Rp.111,757,430,000. The supply of raw materials comes from the nucleus estate and the KKPA pattern. The technology used in the processing of FFB to CPO has used engine power starting from the weighing station to the storage station. The supporting material is 73,360 Liters / Day of water coming from rivers. CPO production of 135,562 kg / day. Production costs of Rp. 961,841,496 / day. Net income of Rp. 171,884,180 / Day. The value (RCR) of the company is 1.18> 1 meaning that the business that has been done is efficient. The company's BEP (Q) value is 44,450 kg / day and the company's BEP (Rp) value is Rp. 368,934,701 / day. The added value of processing 1 kg of FFB into CPO of Rp. 431.13 with a ratio of 23.54%.
