Abstract :
This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru for 3 months from February to May 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interactions and the main giving of trichoderma compost and TSP on the growth and production of peanut. This research uses a factorial completely randomized design. The first factor is the administration of trichoderma compost (T) consisting of 4 levels and the second factor is TSP (P) fertilizer consisting of 4 levels so that 16 treatment combinations are obtained. Each treatment combination consisted of 3 replications, so that 48 experimental units were obtained. Each plot consisted of 12 plants and 3 of them were observed as samples so that there were 576 plants in total. The parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, number of root nodules, age of harvest, number of crop pods, weight of crop pods, weight of crop seeds, and weight of 100 seeds. The last observation data was analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between trichoderma compost and TSP fertilizer affected all parameters in the treatment of 1.5 kg / plot trichoderma compost and 15 g / plot TSP (T3P2). The main effect of trichoderma compost has a significant effect on all observed parameters with the best treatment is the administration of 1.5 kg / plot (T3) trichoderma compost. The main effect of applying TSP fertilizer has a significant effect on all parameters of observation, with the best treatment on TSP application of 15 g / plot (P2).
