Abstract :
This study purpose to determine and analyze the effect of mutations, rewards and job promotions on job performance at PT. Telkom Witel Riau Daratan. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. A sample of 50 respondents was used. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires, literature study and direct interviews. The data analysis technique used the SEM (Structural Equation Analysis) test, namely the Outer Model (Measurement Model), Inner Model (Structural Model) and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the mutation variable had a positive and insignificant effect on the work performance of employees at PT. Telkom Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru, reward has a significant influence on employee work performance at PT. Telkom Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru, job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Telkom Witel Riau Daratan Pekanbaru.
