Abstract :
This research has been carried out in the Experimental Garden of Kubang BPTP Riau, Jalan Kubang Raya, Kubang Jaya Village, Kecak Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency, for 4 months from June to September 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction and main effects of palm oil solid waste (Sludge) and chicken manure on the growth and yield of flower cabbage plants. This research uses a Factorial Complete Randomized Design. The first factor is the dose of Palm Oil Solid Waste which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 375, 750, 1125 grams / Polybag. The second factor is the dose of Chicken Manure which consists of 4 levels, 0, 250, 500, 750 grams / Polybag so that 16 treatment combinations are obtained. Each treatment combination consisted of 3 replications, so as to get 48 experimental units (plots). Each plot consisted of 4 plants and 2 of them were sampled. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, age of flower formation, crop circumference, economic wet weight. The last observation data was analyzed statistically and continued with a BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results of the study in the interaction of palm oil solid waste and chicken manure significantly affect plant height, number of leaves, age of flower formation, crop circumference, economic wet weight. The best treatment is a combination of 750 g / Polybag palm oil solid waste treatment and 500 g / Polybag (L2K2) chicken manure. The main effect of solid palm oil solid waste on all parameters observed with the best treatment dose of 750 g / Polybag (L2). The main effect of real chicken manure on all parameters observed with the best treatment dose of 500 g / Polybag (K2).
