Abstract :
The objectives of this research is to analyze the effect of Enterprise Risk Management, Profitability, and Solvability On the Firm Value in manufacturing companies that Go Public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method using purposive sampling. There are 13 companies qualified as sampel. Analysis of research data using Multiple Liniear Regression, descriptive analysis and classical assumption test. The results showed that in the F test there are variabel Enterprise Risk Management , Profitability and Solvability simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. The result of the analysis of the T test, there are two variables that have a significant effect on firm value, is Probability and solvabilitas. While Enterprise Risk Management hasn?t significant effect on Firm Value.
