Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at o’chicken Pekanbaru. this type of research uses an associative survey. Associative survey research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. In the end, the result of this study explain the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. Sampling in this study used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Incidental Sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the variable X namely Product Quality with indicators of product freshness, appearance, taste, and product innovation get results from respondents in the agree category. As for the Y variable, namely consumer satisfication with product satisfication, recommending products to other parties and using product or services again, the result from respondents with the category agree. The results of simple linear regression research show that product quality has a significant relationship to consumer satisfaction.
