Abstract :
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of the effectiveness of use and trust in accounting information system technology on individual performance at PT.Mayapada Auto Sempurna. Research conducted on PT.Mayapada Auto Sempurna employees with a population of 60 people and the sample taken as many as 43 people. Data is collected by distributing questionnaires to employees who use accounting information systems and information technology. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the effectiveness of the use of SIA technology and trust in SIA technology had a significant effect on individual performance.
