Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of the influence on the performance of employees of PTPN V Sei Artificial Dayun District. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at PTPN V Sei Artificial in Dayun District.
