Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Village Government Admissions especially in the Terbangiang Village of Petalawan District of Petalawan to identify obstacles to implementation of Village Government Administration (General Administration). This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The location of the research in this study will be the authors doing in the constituency of the Petalawan Municipality of Petalangan District. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling. Random. This technique is a sampling technique where all individuals in the population are either individually or collectively given the opportunity to be selected as members of the sample. As for the sample size of this study there are 28 respondents. The results of the ongoing research to find out the implementation of the Village Government Admissions particularly in the Shared Village of Petalangan City District Petalawan district can be concluded that the implementation of the Village Government Admissions particularly in the Shared Village of the Municipality of Petalangan District Pelalawan district is generally categorized in the lack of efficiency due to lack of productivity Service quality and Responsibility, and Service accountability. When measured from the implementation variables then the performance of the village administration service was still poorly categorized, with the majority of respondents being 41.07% response, 32.50% responding that the village administration service was good and (21.78%) responding that the village administration service was already Yes. Barriers to the implementation of the Village Government Administration (General Administration) are the shortage of human resources that has caused the program to fail as quickly as possible and the lack of support in the implementation of village government tasks in the Abandoned Village
