Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 7 of 2016 concerning Population Administration in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The method used in this study is the Quantitative Method with Descriptive Analysis Techniques, this writing illustrates the condition of objects found in the field based on data related to the problems of implementing Population Administration precisely related to the Certificate of Housing in the Simpang Baru Village Tampan District Pekanbaru City, with Questionnaires and Interviews and Observation as a data collection tool, and the collected data are then presented as raw material for analyzing the Empirical conditions and the objectivity of the existence and purpose of research at the location being examined. There are 4 groups of Population and Samples in this study. And the type and Data Collection Techniques used consist of Primary Data and Secondary Data obtained with the Frequency table tool in accordance with the observations made by the author, it can be concluded that the implementation of this research is still in the category of Less Implemented, Wherein this Research is still the number of people who do not understand the importance of a certificate of residence and danger if there is a problem when residents who do not have a certificate of residence.
