Abstract Effectiveness of interpersonalpleadership with subordinates to the Puskesmas of Kemuning subdistrict of Selensen District, Inhil-Riau Desra Govinda 151910025 Communication is a thing that cannot be separated from human life, because communication is a tool for interaction between individuals and others. Communication is also accustomed to not be noticed by a communicator from the unnoticed communication can not be received by the communicant easily. From the background above the research also has several purposes that is how the disclosure of leadership to the Puskesmas Village Health Center Selensen How to the empathy leadership to the Puskesmas employees Selensen Village. This research uses qualitative deskritif research methods. And the results of this research that researchers can draw conclusions on the results that have been researched, interpersonal communication took place well with subordinate leadership, as for some who think less well. And there is also a close kinship between leaders and subordinates. Seen in a leadership that looks very sensitive to subordinates such as making a program or ideas that will be done for the progress of the puskesmas. This research can provide some advice for better future, among others: should leadership be able to master interpersonal communication so that the message delivered can be easily understood.
