Abstract :
The problem discussed in this study is how is management namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising in the Pinang Sinawa Dance and Music studio in Ujung Batu sub-district, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. "In this study there were 1 artist. This study was conducted using descriptive analysis method. By using qualitative data, with data collection techniques through observation, interviewing documentation techniques, based on the conclusion of this studio is a gathering place for artists who are at the end of the rock in Rokan Lulu District Riau Province and this studio has produced many dance works and seen from the management of the studio.
