Abstract :
Water tariff is one of the determining elements for obtaining PDAM revenue, water revenue comes from selling water to customers and non-water revenue. PDAM is expected to get profit from the sale of the water. In addition, income is very important for its operational activities, because it will be used to cover business costs incurred by PDAM such as variable costs, namely the cost of water sources, water treatment costs and so on. The purpose of this final project is to determine whether the tariff set by PDAM can cover all business costs incurred. In this research, using the Net Present Value method to determine the net present cash value, Benefit Cost Ratio to determine the cost benefit ratio, whether the project is feasible or not. From the research results, it is found that revenue based on non-water water revenue cannot cover all business costs incurred by PDAM, whereas if the government provides subsidies, the PDAM can cover all business costs incurred by the PDAM.
