Abstract :
This research was conducted at Takaful Family Branch insurance Pekanbaru is located on Jl. Trench Beautiful Grand Sudirman Office D-2. Whereas the time of the author's research began in May until August 2019. As for the types of data used in This research consists of primary data and secondary data with the amount a sample of 80 people. Sampling is done by non methods probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. Whereas for knowing and researching researchers spread questionnaires to consumers Takaful insurance, and conduct interviews with Takaful management. Based on the results of this study, it was obtained from the questions states takaful insurance applies strongly agree, agree from product, price, promotion, place / distribution, people, physical evidence, and the process of getting responses from the consumers. From the analysis conducted or observed it was concluded that Takaful insurance management had run well from the concept of sharia-based marketing mix can be seen from the significance or high response from respondents who agreed and strongly agreed statement. Therefore, even so Takaful insurance must remain maintain about the product, price, promotion, place / distribution, person, proof physical and process to be even better and to maximize if any more indicators that are still not optimal in its implementation in order the achievement of the company's mission and vision to be more advanced and forward in the future will come.
