Abstract :
This research aims to find out and analyze the Quality of Public Services in the Management of Marriage Licenses at the Siak District Religious Affairs Office of Siak Regency. This research was conducted by looking at the standard of service provided by the Office of Religious Affairs in the Management of Marriage Licenses by using several 6 indicators of service quality, namely service timeliness, service accuracy, decency and hospitality, ease in getting service, comfort in getting services, and service support attributes. This type of research is quantitatively descriptive. Then the measurement technique in this study uses percentages with data collection techniques used are observations, questionnaires, interviews, And documentation then researchers analyze the data by systematically compiling data grouped and processed according to the type of research results presented in the form of tables, numbers and percentages which are then analyzed with descriptive methods or describe the data collected thoroughly about an existing state then concluded. The sample in this study was 1 Head of The Office of Religious Affairs, 1 company and RT, 1 Speaker and 35 people who held a wedding in the last 3 months, namely April, May and June. From the results of research conducted by researchers concluded that the quality of public services in the management of marriage licenses in the religious affairs office (KUA) of siak district siak district has been categorized quite well. The inhibiting factor is the lack of human resources and facilities of the religious affairs office, so that the quality of services provided by the religious affairs office has not been maximized.
