Abstract :
Poverty is a major problem in many countries, including Indonesia. One of the policies to reduce poverty is the implementation of the family of hope program. Based on the results that the authors have done, it can be concluded that this study aims to determine the achievement of the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the village of Serumpun Jaya, Pasir Turtle subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu district. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The collection technique used by the author in this study is in the form of questionnaire techniques, interview techniques, observation and documentation techniques. The focus of this research is on the factors that influence policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The subjects of this study were the beneficiaries of the family program for the family hope of the cognate jaya village, the head of the cognate jaya village, the welfare and service section of the Cognate Jaya Community, the PKH district coordinator, and the PKH assistant in the Pasir Turtle sub-district. Based on the results of existing research, it shows that in general the process of implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Serumpun Jaya Village, Pasir Turtle District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is Good Enough and Enough Implemented. This can be seen from each stage of the implementation process that runs according to the PKH workflow mechanism, but in its implementation there are obstacles that occur.
