Abstract :
Government regulation number 2 2018 about position arrangnment. Based on constitution number 23 2014 about local government, in the of subsection 131 J is the obligation DPRD one the them accomodating and following up society?s aspiration. The writer uses evaluation theory by william dunn by effective indicator, efficiency, adequacy of equity, responcivitas and aquratly. The type of the research uses quantitative method and population of the research are kassubag aspiration and public complaints, DPRD, part of staff aspiration and public comments and local society that choosing 1 that selected by sesus techinque and purposes sampling, the kinds of collecting data based on collecting data are priemere data and sekunder data the technique of collecting data uses questioners, interview, observation, analisys data busing descriptive. Based on the result of the research. Evaluation of DPRD obligation of the pelalawan distric in the accomodating of following up siciety?s aspiration is considered quite good. It is expected that the DPRD Pelalawan will further increase the activities of accomodating and following up the aspirations of the people so that the level of welfare of the people will increase.
