Relationship Between Organazitonal Citizenship Behavior And Emotional Intelligence With Employee Performance PT Petronesia Benimel Duri Florentina Nancy 168110217 FACULTY OF PSYCHOLOGY RIAU ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY ABSTRACT Employees are one of the important assets in the organization because production and achievement in the organization comes from the availability of quality human resources. Quality employees need good Organazitonal Citizenship Behavior and Emotional Intelligence so that they will produce good performance by having quality competitive. OCB is a positive individual behavior helping others voluntarily, and emotional intelligence is a person's way of recognizing emotions in order to solve problems. Performance is the work given by employees as seen from the quality, quality and quantity. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between OCB, emotional intelligence and the performance of PT Petronesia Benimel Duri employees. The population in this study were employees who were working at PT Petronesia Benimel Duri, with a total sample of 217 subjects who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used three scales, namely the OCB scale, emotional intelligence scale and performance scale. Power was analyzed using the product moment correlation analysis technique. The relationship shows that there is a significant positive relationship between OCB and emotional intelligence with employee performance (r = 0.262, p = 0.000). The higher the employee's OCB and emotional intelligence, the higher the performance.
