Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze employee satisfaction at PT. Bluebird Pekabaru. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bluebird Pekanbaru, amounting to 28 people. While the sample was 28 people because the sample was less than 100, the researchers used the census method, where all employees are sampled in this study. The methods used in data collection were interviews and a list of questions / questionnaires and used validity and releability tests with the SPSS 20 program. Based on the research results, it is known that PT. Bluebird Pekanbaru is in ?GOOD? condition. Organizations should provide a variety of awards, benefits, security guarantees etc, so as to motivate employees to always be in their best performance.
