Abstract :
Research entitled Effect of Legin (Rhizobium) and Household Liquid Waste on Growth and Production of Mung Beans (Vigna radiata. L). This research has been carried out for 4 months starting from November 2019 to February 2020. The purpose of the study was to determine the main interactions and effects of Rhizobium and household wastewater on the growth and production of green beans. (Vigna radiata. L). This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was Legin (G) with a weight of 0, 4, 8, and 12 g/kg of seed and the second factor was Household Liquid Waste (L) with a concentration of 0, 300, 600, and 900 ml/L of water. Parameters observed were flowering age (HST), net assimilation rate (mg/cm2/day), relative growth rate (g/day), efficiency of legin use, harvesting age (days), percentage of pithy pods (%), weight of 100 seeds. (g), number of root nodules (seeds). Observational data were analyzed statistically and BNJ test was performed at 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of Rhizobium and household liquid waste significantly affected the parameters of flowering age, relative growth rate, harvest age and percentage of pithy pods. The best treatment was found in Rhizobium 12 g/kg seed and household liquid waste 900 ml/L water. In real Rhizobium interaction with all observation parameters, the best treatment was 12 g/kg seed. The main effect of household liquid waste has a significant effect on all observation parameters, the best treatment is 900 ml/L of water.
