Abstract :
Rujukan bersalin merupakan upaya menyelamatkan ibu dan bayi yang dikandungnya jika terjadi penyulit dalam persalinan. Sectio caesarea adalah salah satu tindakan dalam rujukan bersalin. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil pasien sectio caesarea berdasarkan status rujukan di RSU Kartika Husada periode Januari ? Desember 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan data yang berasal dari data sekunder berupa rekam medik. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 610 pasien. Proporsi tertinggi adalah 35,4% pada kelompok usia 25 ? 30 tahun, 80% ibu rumah tangga, 59,2% berpendidikan SMA, 48,9% primipara, 97,2% terjadi pada usia kehamilan Aterm, dan 47,9% dengan indikasi Ketuban Pecah dini. Kata Kunci : Sectio Caesarea, Rujukan./Maternity referral is an attempt to save the mother and her baby if there are any complications during labor. Sectiocaesarea is one of the actions in maternity referral. This study looked at the profile of sectiocaesarea patients based on referral status at RSU Kartika Husada for the period January - December 2018. This study used a descriptive method with data obtained from secondary data using medical records. The results of the study were obtained from 610 patients. The highest proportion was 35.4% in 25-30 year olds, 80% of housewives, 59.2% had high school education, 48.9% primipara, 97.2% spent on gestational age, and 47.9% with an indication of premature rupture of membranes.
