Abstract :
Pangondian Gultom. 2022. Tesis. Pengaruh Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) dan Supervisi Akademk terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menguji pengaruh Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) dan supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada menggunakan SPSS versi 26 diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda yaitu =13,597-0,213 X_1+1,691 X_2 , Maka dapat diartikan bahwa Kinerja Guru akan bernilai 13,597 apabila masing-masing variabel Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) dan Supervisi Akademik bernilai sama dengan nol. Maka nilai kinerja guru bernilai 13,587. Apabila variabel bebas meningkat sebesar 1% maka akan terjadi peningkatan pada variabel terikat. Hasil pengujian hipotesis thitung sebesar ? 1,207, dan nilai signifikan 0,231. Hasil statistik ttabel pada tingkat signifikasi 5% diperoleh ttabel = ±1,293. Dari hasil perbandingan maka H1 ditolak dan Ho diterima dan nilai signifikan 0,231 > dari 0,05. Dari hasil perbandingan terlihat bahwa nilai thitung 8,817 < ttabel 1,293 maka H2 diterima dan Ho ditolak dan nilai signifikan 0,000 > dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa MGMP dan supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dan berpengaruh signifikan.penelitian ini adalah analisis Regeresi Linear Berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji f dan Uji t. The Influence of Subject Teacher Deliberations (MGMP) and Academic Supervision on Increasing Teacher Performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and test the effect of the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) and academic supervision on improving teacher performance. The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The results of the analysis test using SPSS version 26 obtained a multiple linear regression equation that is = 13.597-0.213 X_1 + 1.691 X_2 . So it can be interpreted that Teacher Performance will be worth 13.597 if each variable of Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) and Academic Supervision is equal to zero . Then the teacher's performance value is 13.587. If the independent variable increases by 1%, there will be an increase in the dependent variable. The result of testing the hypothesis tcount is -1.207, and a significant value is 0.231. The statistical results of ttable at a significance level of 5% obtained ttable = ±1.293. From the results of the comparison, H1 is rejected and Ho is accepted and the significant value is 0.231 > 0.05. From the results of the comparison, it can be seen that the tcount is 8.817 < ttable 1.293, then H2 is accepted and Ho is rejected and the significant value is 0.000 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that MGMP and academic supervision have an effect on teacher performance and have a significant effect.
