Abstract :
Arniati Batu Sumbung, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan Integritas Guru terhadap Mutu Lulusan SMA di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Tesis Pascasarjana program studi Magister Administrasi Pendidikan Universitas Kristen Indonesia 2022. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan Integritas Guru terhadap Mutu Lulusan SMA di Kabupaten Toraja Utara, dengan metode kuantitatif yaitu melakukan analisis deskriptif dan menguji hipotesis. metode yamg diguankan adalah kuantitatif . Persamaan regresi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan mutu lulusan yaitu Y ?= -58,233+0,878 X1. Sementara hasil perhitungan uji t, ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah (X1) yang positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan SMA di Kabupaten Toraja Utara (Y). Koefisien determinasi kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 0,632 atau 63,2% artinya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 63,2%. Persamaan regresi antara integritas guru dan mutu lulusan adalah Y ?= -1,655+0,724 X2 dan sesuai hasil uji t, diperoleh ada pengaruh integritas guru (X2) terhadap mutu lulusan SMA di Kabupaten Toraja Utara (Y) secara positif dan signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 0,292 atau 29,2% artinya pengaruh variabel integritas guru terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 29,2%. Persamaan regresi linear berganda antara kepemimpinan transformasional, integritas guru dan mutu lulusan adalah Y ?= -61,020+0,782 X1+0,219 X2 dan dari hasil perhitungan uji F terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan integritas guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu lulusan SMA di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Nilai koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) sebesar 0,651 atau 65,1% artinya besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan integritas guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu lulusan SMA di Kabupaten Toraja Utara sebesar 65,1%./ Arniati Batu Sumbung, The Effect of Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher?s Integrity on the Quality of High School Graduates in North Toraja Regency. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Integrity on the Quality of High School Graduates in North Toraja Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis in order to test the hypothesis. The regression equation between transformational leadership and graduate quality is Y ?= -58,233+0,878 X1. Based on the result of the analysis on the calculation of the t-test, there is a positive and significant effect of the transformational leadership (X1) on the quality of high school graduates (Y). The determination coefficient of those two variables is 0,632 or 63,2%, which means the effect of the transformational leadership on the quality of graduates is 63.2%. The regression equation between teacher integrity and graduate quality is Y ?= -1,655+0,724 X2 and the result of calculation of the t-test shoows there is a positive and significant effect on teacher?s integrity (X2) on the quality of high school graduates (Y). The determination coefficient value of those two variables is 0,292 or 29,2%, which means the variable effect of the teacher's integrity variable on the quality of graduates is 29,2%. The multiple linear regression equation between transformational leadership, teacher integrity and graduate quality is Y ?= -61,020+0,782 X1+0,219 X2 and the results of the calculation of the F test shows there is a positive and significant effect on the transformational leadership and the integrity of the teacher together on the quality of high school graduates. The doubled determination coefficient value (R2) is 0,651 or 65,1%, which means the effect of the transformational leadership and teacher integrity together on the quality of high school graduates in North Toraja Regency is 65,1%.
