Abstract :
This study entitled An Analysis ofLanguage Style In ?Maleficent 2? Movie By Joachim Ronning In this study, the writer chose the ?Maleficent 2? movie to analyze the language style. There was two research problems aims to (1) TodescribethetypesoflanguagestylebasedonMartinJoosinMaleficent 2FantasyMovie. (2)To identifythe dominanttypeoflanguagestyle in ? Maleficent 2? Movie. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative research is a search of which the data are written or oral words are descriptive analyzed. The result of this study is some of language style in this movie. From the analysis, it can be concluded that there are frozen style, formal style, consultative style, casual style, and intimate style. The researchers found the dominant category used in the film "Maleficent 2" is the casual style, which has several casual characteristics such as simple sentences, questions, opinions, comments, sending and chat. Casual situations in the film are normal situations that correspond to conversations with friends in the situation. In addition to making data findings clearly understood.
