Abstract :
The criteria that used on decided the cattle aid recipients were: have never received similar assistance, stables, grass land, farming experience and water sources. Based on the results of calculations used the application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which aims to the find weighting therefore produce weights W1 0.49, W2 0.26, W3 0.14, W4 0.07, W5 0.04. Furthermore, the weights obtained from the AHP method are used in ranking in the Simple Additive Weighting method. After ranking using the Simple Additive Weighting method on the 485 data of potential recipients of cattle assistance offered, the results obtained were the Gemilang group with a score of 100.
