Abstract :
This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo, which aims to maintain and record assets to minimize any errors that can occur, because currently they are still recording assets used Microsoft Office Excel management. Through this research, it can be a solution for University in managing its assets. This Asset Inventory System was created used the PHP programming language, Prototype as a system development method which has stages of communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, deployment delivery & feedback. As for the results in the form of an Asset Inventory System software which is expected to assist the University in recording assets owned.
