Abstract :
This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo, which aims to design a complaint application based on android in the academic section. The campus does not provide media that can manage the form of complaints, so that reported problems are often ignored and be able detrimental to students. Through this research, it is expected to be a solution for students and campus parties related to the basic needs of improving services in handling complaints. This system uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and designs the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are in the form of an Academic Complaint application that is used to help manage complaints so as to improve the quality of academic services at Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo.
