Abstract :
Disasters are events or series of events that occur suddenly, unplanned, but continuously, which have an impact on normal life patterns or damage, so that emergency and extraordinary measures are needed to help and save victims, both humans and the environment. The aim of the research is to find out the description of nurses' knowledge about flood disaster response. Descriptive quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with 40 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that 22 respondents (55.0%) had good knowledge, and 18 respondents (45.5%) had sufficient knowledge. In conclusion, the knowledge of nurses about flood response at Toto Kabila Hospital is at a good level.
