Abstract :
This research aims to determine the Responsiveness of Public Services at the National Land Agency Office of Gorontalo regency. qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results showed the responsiveness of public services at the National Land Agency office of Gorontalo regency is not optimal. This research uses 6 (six) indicators, namely the ability to respond to the community, speed of service, accuracy of service, accuracy of service, timeliness of service, ability to respond complaints. Of the six indicators used as instruments to measure the extent of Public Service Responsiveness at the National Land Agency Office of Gorontalo Regency. There is one indicator which is working well, namely the ability to respond to the community. Meanwhile for the five that have not gone well, the speed of serving is still encountered with problems in the service process when processing files and, the accuracy of serving, communication between officers/staff and the community is not good and does not get a response, then accuracy of service, being able to understand the needs of the community, while for timeliness of service, service is not yet fully in accordance with the SOP, delays are at the promised time, and for the ability to respond complaints, it is not yet fully approaching the SOP as set by BPN. Only one indicator is adequate, namely the ability to respond to the community, while the other five indicators are considered not optimal.
