Abstract :
Supervision is an important activity of managers that can affect the improvement of the quality of nursing services, even health services in hospitals. One part of implementing supervision is the completeness of nursing care documentation containing medical diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments and evaluations that are arranged systematically, validly, morally, and legally accountable. The study aimed to analyze nursing supervision with the completeness of nursing care documentation?a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 32 samples in the ER room with a total sampling technique, so the number was 32. The results showed that the most nursing supervision was good supervision of as many as 28 people with the completeness of nursing documentation in the complete category of as many as 21 people, pValue = 0.009 <0.05. The conclusion is that there is nursing supervision with the completeness of nursing care documentation in the emergency room of RSUD Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto, Gorontalo Regency. Suggestion is expected to be an input for RSUD Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto in the quality of nursing services, especially in the completeness of nursing care documentation.
