Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the professionalism of state civil servants in public services at the West Limboto District Office, Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of the study found that the professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus in Public Service at the West Limboto District Office of Gorontalo Regency had not run well. Where of the 3 (three) indicators in seeing the professionalism of civil servants in public services, namely creativity indicators, ionovation indicators and responsiveness indicators, all three of which have not been optimally carried out by civil servants working at the West Limboto District Office. ASN has not been able to provide new ideas in service and is only fixated on the rules or standard procedures that have been set. There is still untimely service and there is a tendency to do fast service to people who have an introductory relationship with the service provider.
