Abstract :
This research aims to find out how movable assets are managed in West Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research results showed that movable asset management in West Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency is not yet running completely well. This is if seen from the 4 (four) indicators of asset management, all of these indicators are not working well. In the planning indicators, it was found that the planning process carried out in asset management was not fully attended by the general public, it was indicated that those attending were people who were close to the village leadership. In terms of utilization indicators, it was found that not all people were able to utilize these movable assets because during the borrowing process they sometimes did not get loans. It was found that monitoring and evaluation indicators were not implemented well by the village government, apart from that monitoring was carried out but was not accompanied by clear records.Furthermore, related to control and supervision indicators, it was found that movable assets owned by the village were not monitored properly at all times.
