This research aims to find out how women participate in development planning deliberations in Kasia Village, Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The research results showed that women's participation in development planning deliberations in Kasia Village, Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency has not been implemented well. Of the 3 (three) indicators of women's participation used, namely indicators of women's participation in the planning stage (idea planning stage), participation in the implementation stage (implementation stage),and women's participation in utilization (utilization stage), all three have not yet been implemented. well. Women are aware of the implementation of the Musrenbangdes but sometimes they are not present, even though they are present at the activities, they do not participate in providing ideas, proposals or suggestions. In implementing planning activities, women still have minimal participation in the form of material and non-material contributions and do not want to be directly involved in the process directly in planning activities.Furthermore, women are considered to still be minimal in terms of monitoring the results of established planning. They considered that after the Musrenbangdes had been held, there was no need for active involvement in subsequent activities. However, women's involvement is still needed until the planning process that has been produced has actually been implemented in accordance with the established plans.
