Abstract :
Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT) is a social safety net program for the economic recovery of communities suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on social, economic and financial aspects in addition to its impact on public health aspects. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of National Economic Recovery Funds for the 2021-2022 period in Karyamukti Village, Mootilango District. This research is research that uses a descriptive approach where the number of samples taken was 11 people representing the community in Karyamukti Village, Mootilango District. The raw data obtained from the data collection results were analyzed by reducing the data, drawing conclusions and verifying. The results of the research show that the use of economic recovery funds in Karyamukti Village in terms of understanding the program, being on time, right on target, achieving goals, real changes cannot be said to be effective. This is because there are still many people who do not understand the aims and background of implementing the national economic recovery program, the inappropriate targeting of aid recipients, and the uneven distribution of aid.
