Abstract :
This research aims to examine the distribution of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) in Tuladenggi Village, Talaga Biru District, Gorontalo Regency. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods and data was collected through interviews with various relevant informants, such as the village head, village secretary, Kesos (Head of the Social Welfare Section), PKH coordinator, and community recipients of BPNT benefits. The research results show that the distribution of BPNT in Tuladenggi Village is going quite well. Community access and participation in this program is equitable, with efforts to monitor and assist the beneficiaries. However, there are several obstacles faced, such as empty balances and mismatches in recipient data. Some people's BPNT balances quickly entered the recipient's account, while complaints from the majority of fellow recipients had not yet entered the balance, causing social jealousy among the community. Efforts to update data and regular monitoring were carried out to improve the quality and accuracy of the program. Good coordination between village, sub-district governments and other related parties ensures equal access and community participation. Evaluation, monitoring and feedback from beneficiaries are also used as the basis for program improvement. Maintaining continuity is also a focus in this research. Routine data updates, monitoring of aid distribution, and responsiveness to problems and beneficiary feedback are carried out to maintain program sustainability. In conclusion, the distribution of BPNT in Tuladenggi Village has been carried out with various efforts to distribute, maintain and develop quality, maintain the stability of distribution, and maintain program continuity even though there are obstacles due to recipient data so improvements need to be made in terms of updating data, more intensive monitoring, and handling the obstacles faced. Thus, the BPNT program is expected to provide more optimal benefits for the beneficiary communities.
