Abstract :
Analysis of School Principal Leadership in Implementation of Student?s Character Education at MI Al-Mubarakah Mohiyolo. Supervised by ABD. HAMID ISA as supervisor I and YULANTI S. MOODUTO as Supervisor II. The objective of this research was to determine the school principal leadership in implementation student?s character education at MI Al-Mubarakah Mohiyolo. The problem focuses is analysis of school principal leadership in implementation of student?s character education at MI Al-Mubarakah Mohiyolo and problem of obstacles also the solution of principal in implementing students character education at MI Al-Mubarakah Mohiyolo. The method used qualitative research. Research procedure was done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result showed the principal leadership in implementation of student?s character education at MI Al-Mubarakah Mohiyolo, the principal was applying leadership about character education related with the programs. There is cooperation beetween the educators with all off the school people in implenting character education. The obstacles faced include limited infrastructure, lack of human resources educators and the influence of the environment of students. Meanwhile, the solution taken is to utilize other available facilities and empower all the potential that exists in school.
