Abstract :
Tamendao Beach is one of the new tourist attractions that was inaugurated on December 21, 2021 through the KoTaKu (City Without Slums) program. Tamendaao Beach is currently still busy with tourists, but the facilities at Tamendao Beach are still lacking, such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking spaces. Beside that, there is still a lack of attractions at Tamendao beach. This research aims to determine the potential of Tamendao beach as a culinary tourism attraction in Gorontalo City. The method used qualitative using a 4A approach (Attractions, Accessibility, Amenities and Ancillary). The research results showed Tamendao Beach has the potential to be a tourist attraction for culinary tourism. Tamendao beach sells various types of typical Gorontalo food such as binthe biluhuta, perkedel nike, fish in sour sauce, bilendango fish, iloni chicken, sagela fried rice, grilled fish, nike krispy thus local, domestic and foreign tourists can taste typical of Gorontalo food which is n Tamendao Beach.
