Abstract :
A person suffering from schizophrenia can be intellectually ambiguous and disturbed, thus affecting intellectual intelligence which has an impact on quality of life. Schizophrenia patients show positive and negative symptoms. The aim of this research is to determine the direct influence of intellectual, emotional and spiritual on improving the quality of life for schizophrenia patients in the Limboto Barat Health Center. Quantitative research design with a cross sectional method, the population of all families of schizophrenia patients was 64 people, the total sample was 39 people using a purposive sampling technique in this research. The results of the structure 1 path analysis test showed that the beta coefficient value of intellectual intelligence was 6.3% with p= 0.009, emotional intelligence was 8% with p=0.013 and spiritual intelligence was 10% with p= 0.008 on the quality of life of schizophrenia patients. The results of structure II obtained a beta coefficient value for intellectual intelligence of 21.5% with p=0.048 and emotional intelligence of 19.2% with p=0.049 for the spiritual intelligence of schizophrenia patients. It can be concluded that intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence have a direct influence on improving the quality of life, while intellectual and emotional intelligence have a direct influence on the spiritual intelligence of schizophrenia patients.
