Abstract :
This research aims to determine user satisfaction with the quality of the SI - EKA information system in the ministry of religion using the webqual method. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The method used is webqual. The technique used in determining the sample size of a population is the Slovin technique. The sample were155 samples. The results in the descriptive analysis, the percentage value for the agree category was obtained with a percentage of 42.58% which can be concluded meaning the majority of employees agree with statement regarding employee satisfaction with the SI ? EKA information system. Based on the results obtained users feel that the SI - EKA information system is easy to use and the SI - EKA information system has very good quality.
