Abstract :
This research aims to design a web-based clinical practice management information system at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Gorontalo Muhammadiyah University, and implement a clinical practice management information system at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Gorontalo Muhammadoyah University. This research was developed using the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This model has 5 (five) stages in development, namely requirements, design, implementation, verification, maintenance. The result of this research is a website-based software, namely the Web-Based Clinical Practice Management Information System at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Gorontalo Muhammadiyah University. This system can make it easier for the Faculty of Health Sciences to manage student data during official duties.
