Abstract :
This research aims to determine the level of geospatial development of residential area development in Gorontalo Regency. The research method used a qualitative approach with Descriptive research type. The results showed the geospatial development level of residential area development in Gorontalo Regency has increased until 928 building units in 2017. in 2018 until 2021 it decreased and only 6 house were build. The total house in 2010 amounted to 227 units. After 11 years, in 2021 there are 4947 building units. This is shows that in 2011 to 2021 as many as 4720 house were built.
