Abstract :
Accident is an event that is not planned and unwanted by anyone that can causeinjury, illness or material damage. The research aims to determine therelationship between Attitude and Motivation in providing first aid in accidentcases for students of SMA Negri 2 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency. This researchuses a type of correlation quantitative research with cross sectional method.Sampling was conducted using a probability sampling technique, namelyproportional stratified random sampling with a total sample of 87 respondents.Collecting data using observation sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis usedthe Chi Square statistical test obtained a value of p = 0.000 with (<0.05, then Hais accepted, thus it can be concluded there is a relationship between attitude andmotivation in providing first aid in case of accidents at students of SMAN 2Limboto, Gorontalo Regency.
