Abstract :
Damage to house buildings during an earthquake is one of the biggest factors in causing loss of life and loss of property. Gorontalo is an area prone to earthquake disasters due to the existence of the Gorontalo Fault/Fault which is still actively moving, where the Fault passes through the district. Limboto which is the research location is Kel. Tenilo. Apart from that, Hutuo Village has a radius of 1 km from the fault then for Kec. Telaga Biru is Dumati Village with a radius of 6 km, Talumelito Village with a radius of 6 km and Ulapato A Village with a radius of 5 km. The aim of this research is to determine the vulnerability of buildings to earthquake hazards in housing. The method used is Purposive Sampling with data sources from interview surveys based on questionnaires from the Rapid Building Assessment (ACeBS) on the inaRISK application. Based on the results of the ACeBS vulnerability evaluation from 5 sample points, Golden Mery Housing, Griya Aulia Block A & C Housing are not vulnerable to earthquakes while Amanda Residence Housing, Bumi Farinasa Housing and Zefari Green Residence Housing are very vulnerable to earthquakes. Sampling with ACeBS, in addition to evaluating the vulnerability of buildings in simple 1-story brick-built houses, can also be used to evaluate the vulnerability of 2-4-story buildings. The difference is in the filling and photo/documentation data entered in the application features.
