Abstract :
The problem studied in this research is how to implement tutoring services at SD Negeri 3 Bulango Selatan and the obstacles. This research aims to describe the implementation and obstacles to implementing tutoring services in classes III, IV and V at SD Negeri 3 Bulango Selatan. This research uses a qualitative approach with research subjects being class III, IV, V teachers. The research instruments used are interviews, documentation, observation. Data analysis steps include data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The validity of data by means of credibility testing includes technical triangulation, namely by checking data from the same source with different techniques. The research results show that teachers have not created a tutoring service program. Tutoring services are carried out by teachers according to their understanding. Tutoring services by teachers are understood as a form of assistance for students to achieve learning outcomes according to set targets. In implementing tutoring services, teachers experience obstacles including limited understanding, time and skills.
